Wade Douroux

A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in finance, Wade founded Resource Financial Services, Inc. in 2008, after more than 17 years experience in the mortgage and insurance industries. Prior to that he started Community Resource Mortgage, Inc., which he sold to a publicly traded bank holding company in 2001. Wade is licensed and experienced in property and casualty insurance as well as surplus lines.

Married with five children, Wade and his family are members at Eastminster Presbyterian Church. He is a member of the Columbia Rotary Club and the Executive’s Association of Greater Columbia (EAGC). In his spare time Wade enjoys biking, running and participating in sports with his children.
